How to use Shiatsu Yoga for Shoulder and Neck Tension (Back Care)
Shiatsu Yoga is based on a combination of Shiatsu, Yoga and QiGong with the intention of creating harmony between heaven and earth. In this course, you will be introduced to the basic philosophy of oriental healing and how to apply Shiatsu Yoga to ease shoulder and neck tension (back pain) utilizing both a self-care method and table work of Shiatsu Yoga on land.
Once energy channels are opened up to the power of nature, the body and mind can not only heal itself, but overcome specific challenges resulting in the creation of a positive future. This class will be the first step to understanding and recognizing your own unique nature.
