Return to this web page periodically for updated tips on how you can perform Shiatsu Yoga and E.A.S.Y. at home to heal the energy flow in specific meridians to address momentary ailments.

When you have completed this set, repeat it on the other side. Remember to breathe deeply into each move, concentrating on opening up the meridian pathways. Meditate on connecting to the Earth. Feel your blood enrich with the oxygen as your breathe. Experience the vitality.

 

 

E.A.S.Y. Self Care for Better Breathing Inhale deeply as you separate your arms shoulder width, then exhale as you repeat the taps with the heels of your thumbs. Repeat this exercise five times.

E.A.S.Y. Self Care for Better Breathing Next slowly exhale as you bring the heels of your thumbs together in front of your face and tap them together for five beats.
